He provides one-to-one sessions tailored to the individual needs of each child, supporting both academic and developmental growth. Syed is particularly confident in teaching subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies at the primary level, while remaining flexible in adapting to other subjects based on the child’s needs. If there are specific areas parents would like their child to focus on, he is able to tailor his approach to support them effectively. In addition to academics, he also emphasizes the development of everyday life skills to support the child’s independence.

Syed has experience working with children with a range of developmental and learning needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others. He adapts his teaching and behavioural strategies to suit each child, creating a supportive and structured environment that encourages progress at their own pace.

He believes that every child has the capacity to grow and develop in their own way, and approaches his work with a strong sense of hope and trust in each individual’s potential. By focusing on strengths and small, meaningful progress, he aims to help children build confidence in themselves and their abilities. His goal is to create a safe, encouraging, and consistent space where children feel supported in both their learning and personal growth.

Syed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Hons) from HELP University and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counselling from University Malaya. His background in both education and counselling allows him to approach each child with empathy, structure, and a deeper understanding of their individual needs. He is proficient in English and Malay, allowing him to communicate effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
