Performance Anxiety

Enhance your potential

A confident person maintains an external focus. A person experiencing performance anxiety, on the other hand, will maintain an internal focus, such as focusing on your negative feeling that your audience or partner can see your nervousness, negative criticism from others' comments as well as your own criticism, and recalling a previous bad experience.

Performance is defined as any engagement with people in which you are likely to feel evaluated, which can include:

- Work

- On-stage performances such as singing, dancing, or playing a musical instrument, for example.

- Sport

- Public speaking

- Exam

- Sex

-, etc (with performance).

 Have you ever been frozen with fear when performing any of the above? When performing, have you ever felt stuck, lacked oxygen, shivered, became anxious, or had bad feelings and thoughts? If you answered "Yes" to any of the following questions, you have had performance anxiety.

Note;

 Your life can become unpleasant if you suffer from performance anxiety. If things don't improve, depression will set in. For example, sex performance anxiety can harm your relationship, work performance anxiety can harm your career as well as your finances, and exam performance anxiety can harm not only your ability to take the exam or your ability to pass the exam but also your future. As a result, early therapy is recommended.

Wouldn't it be nice if the things you desire to achieve were almost effortless? You start to surprise yourself with how creative you are, and happiness starts to flow through your veins?

Our therapist will help you to strengthen your mind-body connection in order to increase your self-esteem and achieve the outcomes you've been looking for. The Direct Suggestion will be given to you to help you focus your attention away from yourself, to stop thinking about yourself, to stop monitoring yourself, and to increase your focus and concentration on what you're saying and doing to help you regain control.
